wonderful experience

great location quiet room easy process
the location was great as it was very close to the train and tube station. a grocery store sat just around the corner, i found this very useful. the room was also nice and quiet. the self check-in process was very easy and convenient for me.
i found the room to be clean, but not completely super clean. i think the oven grill needed a little more detailed cleaning.

the room was very clean and fairly quiet, which helped with getting good sleep. the bed was comfortable, and it had a hair dryer plus a mirror. a fridge and a kettle were also available in the room.

communication was fantastic and very friendly, which i appreciated greatly. instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and easy to follow, eliminating any confusion. the staff was very responsive when i needed them.

Excellent Location and Cleanliness

tube station perfect cleanliness easy process
I appreciated the proximity to the tube station. It made getting around easy. The cleanliness was perfect, with the bathroom and kitchen super clean. Self check in process was also easy.
The furniture was slightly scuffed. Though it didn't impact my stay significantly.

a romantic getaway

easy check-in convenient location
The self-check-in was so easy. I didn't have to wait in any lines! the hotel is very close to the tube station. This made getting around so simple.
Nothing really bothered me. but the fridge was a little loud. I turned it off to sleep better! also, i noticed some hairs in the bathroom drawer.
